When you place an order and use a mag box or emulators, you must fill in the MAC address of your box and the model of the box (you will find the MAC address on the back of your box or when you open the TV after connecting the box. or open the emulator settings)
Connect the MAG device to the TV and the Internet. Follow these steps:
- Go to: Settings —> System Settings —> Servers —> Portals
- Set the portal name: you can put whatever name you want, it doesn't matter
- Set Portal URL 1 (see your email, we emailed you the portal link after purchase)
- Set the name of portal 2, leave this field blank, add it only if you order the second subscription
- Set Portal URL 2, leave this field blank add this only if you are ordering the second subscription
- Save all
- Restart the device
- Once the box has restarted, wait for the TV screen to display the channels.
- If the Mag box portal is stuck on loading the yellow bar (this is a Mag box bug. The box, especially older versions… is unable to load heavy data). To fix this, contact us, we will have to remove some content from your playlist for your box to load the portal… we do not recommend Mag boxes, they are the worst these days.
